Mr. Enrique Gramaje Gisbert: Executive MBA from CEU Cardenal Herrera University and Fundesem Business School. Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing Management from Fundesem Business School. Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Valencia. Course of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP) by the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Qualified external auditor of Quality Management Systems by AENOR. Tutor and Innovation advisor in the INNOCAMARAS program of the Superior Council of Chambers of Commerce. Innovation Manager for FEDIT. He is currently working as a senior consultant in organization and management of the innovation and sustainability department of the AIJU Technology Center, since 1999. Technician in national and regional projects related to innovation management and ICT. Consultant and advisor on quality, organization, management, innovation and product development in more than 40 companies. Teacher for more than 18 years in quality, innovation, organization and management, through occupational training and retraining courses.

Mrs. Mª José Gisbert: Degree in psychology, Master in health and safety in the company. Expert in industrial hygiene and safety. Master in Human Resources Management. She has been a risk prevention technician at Valora Prevención since 2003 and previously performed the same function at the Fundación de Prevención de Riesgos de la Comunidad Valenciana. He provides advice to companies and prevention delegates on health and safety matters. She is an advisor to companies and a regular trainer on these issues, having also given courses for the accreditation of prevention delegates.

Price
FREE. The training is completely free of charge as it is financed by LABORA. The Training Plan is aimed primarily at employed workers -preferably in the plastics/chemical sector- (working professionals who are registered on the first day of the course in the general Social Security system or as self-employed). Unemployed persons may also participate.

Academic entrance requirements for students
In order to take the training, students must be able to prove that they have at least one of these degrees:
1) Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)
2) Certificate of professionalism level 2
3) level 1 certificate of professionalism of the same family and professional area.
4) Fulfill the requirement of access to intermediate level training cycles, or have passed the corresponding entrance exams.
5) Have passed the university entrance exam for people over 25 and/or 45 years of age.
6) To have accredited the key competences of level 2.
