AIJU, Instituto Tecnológico de Productos Infantiles y Ocio, is a non-profit organization whose main task is to promote research, safety and quality in the industrial field.

AIJU’s Training Area has a long history (since 1990) dedicated to occupational and continuous training. Its main objective is to provide professionals from companies or other students with the highest quality training in order to provide them with an optimal qualification to achieve their professional insertion or improvement. AIJU’s Training area offers companies its experience, infrastructure and highly qualified personnel to contribute, through a wide range of training services, to the best preparation of professionals in the business world.

AIJU annually organizes more than two hundred training actions of different types, training more than 2000 students each year through about 8000 hours of training in different thematic areas with special emphasis on technological and business contents with a high level of innovation. These training actions include customized training, as well as courses, conferences or open seminars for different companies or types of students.

The ultimate goal of our training actions is to offer companies in the toy-sociology-infancy sector and its auxiliary industry – plastics, molds, etc. – human resources adequately trained in technology, processes and innovation and in all those areas of learning and training updating relevant to this type of industry.
