OBJECT: The purpose of these General Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, is to regulate the contracting of products and/or services through our training/job board platform located at www.aiju and http://formacionaiju.es is a domain owned by ASOCIACIÓN DE INVESTIGACIÓN DE LA INDUSTRIA DEL JUGUETE, CONEXAS Y AFINES (AIJU).

CONTRACTING CAPACITY:: The user declares under his/her responsibility to be of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered by AIJU, declaring to have read in full these general conditions, as well as, where appropriate, the particular conditions of the products and / or services offered object of contracting, understanding and accepting them fully and without reservation. The user will have access at any time to the aforementioned conditions and instructions, with those published at the time of requesting each product/service being understood to be in effect at the time of requesting each product/service.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE: AIJU through this website offers training courses to promote employability through the labor exchange.

CONTRACTING PROCESS: In order to start the contracting process you must first register as a user and create your own account by entering a valid e-mail address and filling in the information requested in the corresponding form, which is necessary to correctly manage your request. In order to continue the process, the user must accept the privacy policy at the bottom of the form. In case of error on the part of the user when entering the requested data, these may be consulted and modified at any time.

Once registered, the user will be able to purchase the selected products/services by adding them to his/her “cart”. During the purchase process you will be able to access the selected products with the breakdown of prices, applicable taxes and corresponding expenses if applicable.

Before making the payment, the user must accept the terms and conditions of the contract. In case of error on the part of the user in the introduction of the purchase data, he/she will have correction mechanisms accessible throughout the process.

The verification of the data of the purchase process will be the sole responsibility of the user. Once the purchase confirmation is made by the customer, AIJU will not be responsible for the non-conformity of the buyer / a related to error or inaccuracy of the purchase order. The contracting may only be carried out in Spanish.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

Payment by credit card used in AIJU is made through the secure payment gateway of Banco Sabadell. Through this payment method, AIJU never collects or manipulates any customer data related to your card number. All data are processed directly by Banco Sabadell, so that AIJU can always offer the greatest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are all those bearing the Visa, Maestro and Mastercard badges.

For what reason can the credit card be declined? The card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank to make sure that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
  • Some of the data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the required fields.

The student may also pay for the course by bank transfer. In this case, as the payment is not automatic and can take up to 48 hours to become effective, the student can send an e-mail to formacion@aiju.es with proof of the transfer to expedite all procedures.

The commitment to pay for the course in full is made at the time of registration, and the cardholders are responsible for the transactions on the website.

CONFIRMATION AND DOCUMENTATION: Once the purchase order has been received and verified, AIJU will send to the buyer, at the email address entered in the account creation form, a communication confirming the completion of the transaction., at which time the sale will be deemed to have been concluded and the contract concluded. If the user has indicated in the contracting process that he/she wants to receive a copy of his/her invoice, it will be sent with the confirmation of the contract. In any case, the user will be able to request later its sending through the e-mail formacion@aiju.es.

The computerized records kept in the computer systems of AIJU and third parties that take part in the contracting, will be considered as proof of communications, purchase orders and payments produced between the customer and AIJU. As this is an electronic contracting, the signature of the contract will be substituted by the acceptance of these general conditions.

PRICES AND MODIFICATIONS: The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the product order including all applicable taxes. The offers shall be duly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the price of the offer and shall be valid for the specified period or, failing that, for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.

AIJU reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the changes it deems appropriate, and may update products and services on a daily basis depending on the market. Such modifications shall not affect the services and products already contracted.

RETURN POLICY: The buyer will have a period of 5 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract to withdraw from the course, and in any case, always before the communicated start date of the course or the date on which the access codes to the platform are provided. Once the access data has been provided and the user has been registered, the following information will be provided (so that the course content can be downloaded or reproduced for permanent use, or after the course has started) the student will not be able to withdraw from the program even if the deadline has not elapsed. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period. The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall not be subject to any formality, you must only notify us of your intention to withdraw addressed to AIJU and indicating your name, address, date and signature (only in the case that it is submitted on paper) via email formacion@aiju.es. AIJU will refund the amount of the purchase, without deduction of expenses, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision not to carry out the training, the refund will be made by credit card. If the cancellation is made after the deadline, AIJU will not reimburse the amount received.

INCIDENCES AND CLAIMS: In the event that the user or buyer wishes to communicate any incident, comment or make any claim, he/she may do so in three ways:

  • By telephone, calling 965554475, Monday to Thursday from 08.30 to 14.00 hours and Friday from 08.00 to 14.00 hours.
  • By e-mail to formacion@aiju.es
  • By ordinary mail to the address Av. de la Industria, 23 – 03440 Ibi (Alicante)

In any case, receipt of the incident or complaint will be acknowledged by e-mail. AIJU will respond to the complaints received as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of one month from the submission of the complaint.

TECHNICAL SERVICE AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Computer or device with updated operating system and browser, and internet connection.

In order to guarantee the user’s security and to avoid fraudulent uses, AIJU recommends that at the moment of ending your session and before closing the web page, click on the “close session” button, thus making it impossible for third parties to recover it.

AIJU RESPONSIBILITIES: AIJU guarantees the quality of the products offered through this website. The availability of the store depends directly on the state of the telecommunication systems used for its publication, and in particular the Internet network, so AIJU can not be responsible for interruptions, delays, errors and other inconveniences that have their origin in causes beyond its control or that of its computer suppliers, among which will also include problems arising from the connection software, computer system, modem or router, power supply, or telecommunications networks. While AIJU will endeavor to ensure 24-hour access to this website and the online course platform, AIJU assumes no responsibility if, for any reason, these are unavailable at any time or for any period of time. In addition, access to the website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond AIJU’s control.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER/CUSTOMER: The user undertakes to make lawful use of the products and services offered through the website, without contravening current legislation or infringing the rights and interests of third parties. It also guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when completing the registration and contracting forms, avoiding causing damage to AIJU derived from the incorrectness of the same.

PARTIAL VOID: If any of these conditions is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such condition shall be deemed not to be in force, and the entire contract shall not be considered void or ineffective, and the remainder of the contract shall remain in force. In the event of a legal loophole in the interpretation of any aspect or condition of the contract, the interpretation shall be made in accordance with the other terms and conditions, and in consideration of the purpose and nature of the contract.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW: These terms and conditions are written in Spanish and are subject to current Spanish law. For any type of controversy derived from the use of the services offered or the contents of this web, the parties, by the acceptance of these Conditions, will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the buyer, and in those cases in which the buyer resides abroad, it is expressly agreed that the parties will be submitted to the Courts of the city of Ibi (Alicante).
