FOR WHAT SPECIFIC PURPOSES AND IN WHAT SPECIFIC CASES DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?
www.aiju.es processes personal data for the following purposes:
Job Board: With the authorization of the candidates or the companies, the personal data of the people registered in the Job Board may be used for informative communications about courses or training activities organized by AIJU in relation to our sector.
Candidates: to participate in the personnel selection processes by registering in the different offers published by the companies in the Job Bank, previously registering in the same by filling out the form on the web page.
Companies: access to the companies’ section of the Job Market in order to search for candidates and carry out internal selection processes with the candidates registered in the offers published in the Job Market, having registered the company by filling in the form created for this purpose.
Training offer: The data of persons registered through the form on the website interested in the training activity offered by AIJU, will be processed in order to manage the pre-registration of the courses offered by AIJU to which the user subscribes, not assuming in any case this process a current enrollment. Additionally, with the authorization of the user interested in training courses, the personal data of the users registered in the different training offers may be used for the purpose of making informative communications about other training offers (ongoing or future) organized by AIJU.
The personal data collected will not be used for profiling or automated decisions.
WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR DATA PROCESSING?
Consent of the person concerned: By accessing our website and filling out the forms related to training activities or registration in the Job Board as a future candidate or company, you accept this Privacy Policy. Therefore, we rely on the user’s consent for the processing of his/her data. In addition, we inform you that we will only use personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and, in general, we will request your consent for uses other than those for which you originally provided it. Finally, we inform you that you can withdraw your consent at any time, you will only have to contact us through the means indicated in this privacy policy. Candidates, companies and users registered in the Job Bank and training activities organized by AIJU must expressly authorize the receipt of communications from AIJU to receive information about courses and training activities by checking the box “I have read and agree to receive information about courses and training activities organized by AIJU”.
In order to respond to requests, the interested party must provide the minimum information requested. In case of contract, they cannot be attended.
HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data is processed at www.aiju.es for the following periods:
The period established by law
The period necessary to comply with operational obligations
The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from this purpose and the processing of the data, in accordance with the above-mentioned regulations, in addition to the periods established in the applicable archiving and documentation regulations.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data collected will in no case be disclosed to third parties or made public, except in cases of consent, voluntary participation or express legal obligations. We only share the data provided by the candidate who registers in the Job Board with those companies that have previously registered and are authorized by AIJU to access the “Access to companies” section of the Job Board with a valid username and password. We also inform you that the management will separate personal data from curricular data, in order to safeguard the anonymity of the students. Companies that are interested in a candidate must request the data from the Job Bank administration, which will review the validity of the request and will send (if positive) the student’s data to the applicant. We require any company with whom we may share personal information to protect that data in accordance with this policy, to limit the use of personal information to the provision of services, and to enter into appropriate data access agreements in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We also inform you that in the case of international transfers outside the European Economic Area we require that these companies have “safe harbors” through international agreements, or adherence to the EU-US Privacy Shield (EU-US Privacy Shield). The data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so. We also share Personal Information with certain companies that provide services to our company (web development and support, email marketing). We share only the Personal Information necessary for them to provide such services. We require any company with which we may share Personal Information to protect such data in a manner that complies with the provisions of this policy and to limit the use of such Personal Information to the provision of services and to enter into appropriate data access agreements as required by data protection regulations. Likewise, we inform you that we do not make international transfers outside the European Economic Area.
WHAT RIGHTS CAN YOU EXERCISE?
According to European regulations, your rights are as follows:
Access, the right to request information from a data controller about whether your personal data is being processed.
Rectification, a right that allows the person concerned to request the modification of data that are inaccurate or incomplete.
Opposition, the right of an individual to object to the processing of his or her personal data or the cessation of such processing.
Automated individual decisions, the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects on him/her or similarly significantly affects him/her in a similar way
Limitation, the right to suspend the processing of the user’s personal data in certain cases.
Deletion or Oblivion, right to suppression of the data subject’s personal data
Portability, the right to request the controller to provide personal data in a structured and clear format to another controller.
The maximum term for the resolution of the application is 30 days from its receipt, which may be extended for a maximum of 2 months whenever necessary.
